RGE QUALIBOIS AIR QUALIFICATION

The RGE Qualibois certification is a label awarded by the Qualit'EnR organization to heating engineers and installers of wood-burning heating appliances. A true mark of quality, this certification guarantees individuals who use certified professionals recognized expertise.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR QUALIBOIS CERTIFICATION

To be eligible for Qualibois certification, the professional must be able to:

• prove their expertise with supporting documents dated less than twelve months ago;
• provide insurance certificates for general liability and ten-year warranty;
• demonstrate that it has the material and human resources to carry out the installations. This also includes sufficient cash flow;
• appoint a technical expert;
• provide at least two examples of installations carried out by him involving the use of the techniques for which he wishes to be certified. These two installations must have been carried out less than forty-eight months ago;
• commit to respecting the quality charter.

Certified professionals all sign the Qualibois quality charter. This charter outlines installation rules and the various stages of the customer relationship. The Qualibois quality charter governs everything from how quotes are prepared and equipment is installed to the sending and tracking of invoices. It's not just the professional's expertise that is assessed, but also their interpersonal skills.
